Fan Content

POLICY

INTRODUCTION

We encourage our fans to create Sushi Ben Fan Content as we love to see all sorts of creativity based on the Kotobuki Town and its delightful cast of characters.

 

However, we do ask that fans do not sell their work for the time being. We are working out what our plans are for merchandising and figuring out some other legal to-dos hence this restriction. Failure to adhere to this request will result in consequences for any creator and their work.

 

Below is a more detailed list of guidelines that we request the creative fans to follow. These guidelines are subject to change, so please check back every so often for updates to this policy.

Don'ts

  1. Do not create fan content based on Sushi Ben IP to sell – regardless of batch size.

  2. Do not create fan content to mass-produce and/or distribute that uses Sushi Ben IP.

  3. Do not run any sort of crowdfunding campaign (e.g., Kickstarter, Indiegogo) to create merchandise based on any Sushi Ben IP.

  4. Do not pass off any fan work as official, licensed, or authorized by Big Brane Studios. 

  5. Do not use Sushi Ben IP in any way that is racist, transphobic, homophobic, defamatory, or disparaging.

  6. Do not use Sushi Ben IP to depict religious or political imagery. 

  7. Do not use Sushi Ben IP to create NFTs or cryptocurrencies.

Dos

  1. Creating and/or posting non-commercial fan art or other fan creations that abide by the restrictions in the Don’ts section.

  2. Streaming Sushi Ben on Twitch, YouTube, or any other streaming platform.

  3. Uploading videos of Sushi Ben gameplay to YouTube, TikTok, or having VODs on Twitch.
